Scope of Services

Our goal is to provide artwork that reinforces the over-all design concept of each project and at the same time, build an outstanding art collection for the property.

Understanding the client’s objective is our initial step in the collaborative process.

Then site plans, architectural drawings, color boards, design direction and the preliminary budget are reviewed to assist in the development of a consistent design plan.

Next, the placement of artwork on the floor plan is determined in consultation with the client.

Establishing a working budget based on the client’s design requirements is the next step. The budget will encompass the cost of original artwork, framing and installation. Hospitality budgets will also include costs for production of guestroom multiples.

A comprehensive art package is then created by researching galleries, auction houses, artist studios and other contacts. During this step we ensure that the client’s vision is enhanced through the implementation of a cohesive, intelligent art program.

After the artwork has been selected, we present options for each designated location. This process continues until the client's design criteria are met.

In addition to creating art programs, we also oversee art specification and documentation, purchasing of all art, commissioning of site-specific pieces, design of custom framing, shipping and installation of all artwork.
